East L. A. loading screen
East L. A. is a level in Tony Hawk's American Wasteland. It is the slum side of Los Angeles. East L. A. is located through the Belmont Tunnel in Downtown Los Angeles. However, there is a gang of Mexican cholos dubbed "The Black Widowz", and the gang won't let the player pass through until the player completes all 3 of Hector's tasks.
