Mr. D is a fictional skater and story character in THAW. He is based on William "D-Fens" Foster, the main protagonist of the movie, Falling Down.

Mr. D missions

Distract the Cops

Finally, help Mr. D out by distracting the cops who are about to give him a parking ticket. Ollie of the ramp on the platform above the cop car and pull a bank drop onto the cop car. This trick is pretty easy as long as you make sure to keep moving straight ahead and hit the bank drop right after you leap into the air. After this Mr. D will pick up his standard briefcase bazooka and blow open an entrance to the Downtown area. Head down through it for the next set of missions.
